Sales Coordinator, SPC
Brief Summary of Position

Sales Coordinator, SPC:

This is an excellent entry level opportunity with great growth potential for our Cosmetic and Personal  Care division.

Activities this role will be responsible for include, but are not limited to:

Assist E-Section Sales Team and QA Team by coordinating administrative sales activities. 

Sample and Catalog Management including: 
   - Inventory Control:  Check inventory and request order to suppliers.
   - Dispatch samples to NA suppliers with UPS and FedEx.

● Assist Sales Team and General Manager with administrative sales duties.

   - Send documents and pricing to customers as requested by Sales Manager.
   - Primary contact for distributors for questionnaires, sample and catalog requests.
   - Organizes and maintains records of sales and order information, CRM (Customer Visit record).

● Pass new leads to sales team members.

● Support Conventions and Trade Shows (travel may be required once or twice per year.)

● Type the questionnaires' activities into log sheet and update agreement folders.

● Assist QA Team by updating the latest files (new templates) into the N-drive and Intranet and manage questionnaires (confirming no back-orders, etc.)

● Supply Chain activities to include making contact with suppliers/AJI department/shipping company to check on the status of existing orders.

● Assist the organization of Quarterly meetings

● Run reports from SAP/BI/excel organizing sales data as needed

● Coordinate inventory forecasts from Sales Team monthly










Position Requirements

Education and Experience Required: 

  • Applicants must have an Associate's Degree or above;
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs, SAP, BI  and good proficiency with Excel. 

Physical Activities Required: 

  • Must be able to sit for up to six (6) or more hrs. per day, and stand or walk for up to two (2) per hrs. per day;
  • Must be able to occasionally lift or carry up to ten (10) lbs;
  • Must be able to perform repetitive use of hands and arms;
  • Eye/Hand coordination.
